Our Responsibility During CovID-19

To our valued customers, neighbors, and friends,

While we strive to keep a clean and customer-friendly environment on a daily basis, we know that times like this call for additional measures. This is why we have heightened our cleaning and sanitizing protocols here in the café.
In addition to our standard cleaning practices we will be instituting the following until further notice:
STANDARD PROCEDURES:

We change our sanitizer solution every hour or as needed to maintain the proper strength recommended by food safety standards.
We will continue to wash our hands regularly in accordance to food safety protocols.
We will continue to wipe down all high-touch surfaces after they have been used.
We will continue to ensure our restrooms are cleaned and sanitized throughout the day.
Additional procedures are in place, if you have any questions regarding our daily procedures please feel free to ask.

NEW PROCEDURES

We have removed all condiments, stir sticks, creamer, etc. from our condiment bar to lessen the number of hands on these surfaces. If need these items in your drink, please ask our baristas and they can put them in for you or hand them to you.
We will not use ceramic mugs, for-here plates, reusable silverware, etc. We want to limit the handing of used serve ware back and forth to our staff.

As small businesses, we survive on the patronage of our local communities and we want you to know that we are doing our part to create a sense of normalcy in these otherwise abnormal times.
